How does freight2mail.com work?
A
When loads, trucks or quote postings are made to the freight2mail system they are posted instantly to the traffic board and are available for viewing instantly by members. The postings are then inserted into an email along with all other new postings and sent out to all participating members at timed intervals throughout the day.

When and how many emails will I receive a day?
A
This will depend on the times that postings are made. The freight2mail system is configured to start sending the first emails out at 08:00 hours GMT, then at 1-hour intervals, the last emails at 17:00 hours. So no more than 10 compact emails a day. No emails at the weekends.

I’m receiving too many emails a day, what can I do?
A
Email programs can be configured to put all emails from freight2mail in a designated folder leaving your inbox free.
Members can filter out unwanted posting reducing the amount of emails sent this can be done by un-checking the email options in the members area.
Members have the option to turn off all emails, this can be done in the member's area by un-checking all the email options; you can turn on the emails at any time. With all email option off you will still have full member access.

What is the Post Load/Truck page for?

This is the page where you post your available loads or available trucks. Your posting is sent to all participating members via email at set intervals and displayed on the traffic board instantly.

What is the Get Quote page for?

This is a member’s only page where members can request quotes from other members. Quote requests are sent in email and are displayed on the traffic board.

What is the view-posting page for?
A
This is a member’s area where you will find pages of available loads, available trucks and quote requests. All offers can be searched to find your requirements.

I'm not a member, how do I use freight2mail?
A
Non-members can use the post load and post truck forms without becoming a member. Non-members will have to enter their company details before they submit a post so members can contact them if required.

I have changed my email address, what shall I do?

Please log in at freight2mail.com then click on "Your Account Details". You can then update your account and submit the change.
Q
I'm getting duplicate emails, how can I stop it?
A
You may have joined twice, creating two accounts. Contact us with your details and we will check for a duplicate account and delete it.
