Will you change my preferences for me?

Sorry personal request for changing preferences cannot be done, follow the following procedure. Login at freight2mail.com (If you do not know your user name or password click on the forgotten your password link). In the window that pops up type your email address in and click submit, the system will send you your user name and password.) When you have logged in click on the “Your email preferences” link. You will have to UNCHECK or CHECK the boxes that send you email. Then click submit and your emails preferences will change.

Problems with AOL

A

AOL members that subscribe to Freight2mail.com should check their AOL mail settings. Please follow the following instructions, or you may experience interrupted service. 1) Go to your AOL settings page. From the main menu select "mail centre". 2) Select "mail controls" 3) select "set up mail controls" 4) Select the screen name who's controls you wish to modify. 5) In your "mail and Spam controls" screen, make sure to add Freight2mail to the “People I know” list, or click “”allow mail from all senders. 6) In your "mail and spam controls" screen, make sure the "Block email with pictures" option is left unchecked. 7) In your "mail and Spam controls" screen, make sure the "Mail with click able hyperlinks" option is left unchecked. 8) Click OK. If you still have trouble receiving notification emails from freight2mail you will have to contact the help desk at AOL and ask them not to block emails from freight2mail.com

Do you credit check members.

No, freight2mail do not credit check members. We do offer a credit checking service at http://www.freight2mail.net/checkSURE/ and recommend you carry out credit checks on any new customers you find using this service.

Can I receive emails for loads only?

Yes, you can select loads only from your members account area.

How do I remove a post that I have made?

A

You can. Login, go to your posts page, click on the post you want to edit or delete. Then you can edit or delete your post.

How do I cancel my subscription?

30 days before your account is due for renewal freight2mail will email you with details about the renewal or cancellation of your account. Alternatively if you want to cancel your account before the renewal date, contact us via the contact form.

Do freight2mail offer phone support?

No, sorry we don’t, but we do answer all queries very quickly by email. All enquiries please use the contact form.

There is nowhere to login.

A

This may be because you had an old account with freight2mail that was deleted. You need to remove the cookies from your computer. Select Tools from the browser menu. Then Select Internet options. Then click on delete cookies.
