AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you register and/or by using the free services, you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, this Agreement

USAGE.
Not to be used by the general public
This service is only to be used by bona fide Transport providers or Transport users.
Posting should be made using the appropriate forms and contain only information that the form is intended to be used for.
You warrant the accuracy, truthfulness or reliability of any information, which you place in the system. You are entirely responsible for the content of your information and if you post an incorrect or misleading message, it is you that publish it and you that will be liable for the consequences of it.

PAYMENTS
Any payments made using our payment system will be collected in sterling but can be made in any currency. Our payment system is secure and integrated with HSBC.

SECURITY.
You agree to keep your user id & password safe, it belong to and should only be used by the member.
We cannot guarantee that the system will never be infiltrated by unauthorized users or hackers. Your information and data pages may not be secure against hackers and you take that risk. If you find evidence of infiltration, please let us know and we will take steps both to try and prevent it and to notify the proper authorities.

TERMINATION / CANCELLATION
We may terminate your subscription at any time if membership is abused, with or without prior notice. You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us via the contact form. We will not be liable for any consequential loss whatsoever in relation to termination of your subscription in any circumstances

EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We will at all times use best endeavours to attempt to maintain an uninterrupted and error-free service, however we make no representations or warranties regarding the services provided and do not warrant the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify us from and against any and all liabilities, expenses (including legal fees) and damages arising out of claims based upon or relating to your use of this system, including any claim of incorrect, libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service, non-supply, fraud, infringement of intellectual property or other rights or other claims whatsoever.

GENERAL TERMS AND LAW
Our performance under this Agreement is subject at all times to existing laws and legal process and nothing contained in this Agreement is in derogation of our right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to a Subscribers use of our services or information provided to or gathered by us with respect to such use.
